I couldn't think of a better reason not to be blogging this week. I have been taking care of my Momma Bear who was finally assigned a donor for a surgery she has been waiting for for a looong time. I am so happy for her and love every second of waiting on her after her surgery knowing that when it is all said and done her life will be improved significantly.
She is also worthy of her own blog post given that she is the source of anything creative that exists in me. I am grateful that growing up she constantly and significantly exposed me to the world of art, music, fashion and theatre.

That is wonderful news Libby! I work with donor recipients sometimes and it's one of the more rewarding experiences as a healthcare worker. All the best to your mom and I hope her recovery is speedy. xo
